Health coaching is an enormous part of a successful person's life. To be successful most people require superior physical and mental stamina, especially as they age. As a Senior Complementary Health Practitioner, Clinical Nutritionist, Clinical Reflexologist, Clinical Aromatherapist ,Stress Reduction Therapist, Sport injury specialist and lifestyle coach I feel that my expertise in these areas can give individuals the physical and mental edge they seek.
Many individuals that i see have often just been diagnosed with a health condition that has left them confused and worried. Once their condition has been explained to them and advice on how they can manage thier condition alongside their medication, hopefully reducing some of the medications side effects, the individual feels more confident and happier, therefore leading to an enhanced feeling of well-being and reduced symptoms.

Explain what your condition is and adapt the best management plan for you to implement into your own lifestyle.
Give advice on supplements and medications.( Which medications may be contra-indicated by supplements or foods)
If you need to see a specialist complementary health practitioner we will refer you to one that is in your area.
Supplement a lifestyle plan for motivated persons that will help to prevent illness and increase the physical and mental stamina they seek. Sessions are 2 times per month for 1/2 hour per session by telephone or email.
